1. What payment methods do you accept? At Why Not Shop, we accept a variety of payment methods, including credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Klarna Pay Later, Pay Now, and Pay in 3, Google Pay and Apple Pay. We also offer Super Payments where you can pay straight from your bank account. You can choose the most convenient option during checkout.
2. How quickly can I expect my order? We have an order cut-off time of 2pm Monday-Friday we will aim to dispatch orders the same working day *delays maybe possible during busy times e.g. Halloween and Christmas (we will advise on the product page in RED if we are overwhelmed!) we do pack orders on a Saturday but these are not collected from us until Monday, the system will show you an estimated delivery time on the product page and 96% of our orders are delivered within 1-3 working days.
3.Ā How can I track my order? Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and *text messageĀ containing a tracking number. (*please enter a mobile number for this at the checkout).Ā You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your package on our website or through the shipping carrier's website.
4.Ā What is your return policy? We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Why Not Shop. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges page for more information on the return process and eligibility criteria.
5.Ā Do you offer international shipping?Ā We only ship to the UK at the moment but we are looking to expand this worldwide soon. You can calculate shipping costs and estimated delivery times during checkout before completing your purchase.
6. Are your products authentic? Absolutely! We take pride in offering only genuine, high-quality products from trusted brands. Rest assured that all items purchased from Why Not Shop are authentic and sourced directly from authorized distributors.

8.Ā Do you offer gift wrapping services? Yes, we offer gift wrapping services for selected items. During checkout, you will have the option to add gift wrapping to your order for a small additional fee. You can also include a personalized message for the recipient to make their gift extra special - At the moment this is only available on selected items.
9.Ā Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed? We process orders quickly to ensure prompt delivery, so we recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes or cancellations to your order. While we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be accommodated, we will do our best to assist you.
10. Are there any discounts or promotions available? We frequently offer discounts, promotions, and special offers to our valued customers - bundle deals and mix or match offers will appear automatically on the product page. We strive for accuracy, but if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will provide instructions on how to return the item, and once received, we will send you a replacement or issue a refund.
13. Do you restock sold-out items?
Yes, we regularly restock popular items. If a product you want is out of stock, you can sign up for back-in-stock notifications on the product page. We will notify you via email when the item becomes available again.
14. Do you offer price matching?
At the moment, we do not offer price matching. However, we strive to provide competitive prices and frequently have promotions to ensure you get the best deals.
15. Can I combine multiple discount codes or promotions?
For bundle deals and mix and match the system will apply discounts automatically for you. You can still take advantage of free shipping or other offers that may be available at the same time.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

Returns Policy. Ā
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
