International Returns

Damages & Issues

  • Inspect your order upon arrival.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on gift cards.


Exchanges

To exchange an item, the quickest method is:

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, no questions asked.

  • The item must still be in unworn, unused condition with tags attached, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
