Damages & Issues

Exchanges
To exchange an item, the quickest method is:

- Once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, no questions asked.
- The item must still be in unworn, unused condition with tags attached, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
