When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

Returns Policy.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.

2. How quickly can I expect my order? We have an order cut-off time of 2pm Monday-Friday we will aim to dispatch orders the same working day *delays maybe possible during busy times e.g. Halloween and Christmas (we will advise on the product page in RED if we are overwhelmed!) we do pack orders on a Saturday but these are not collected from us until Monday, the system will show you an estimated delivery time on the product page and 96% of our orders are delivered within 1-3 working days.
3. How can I track my order? Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and *text message containing a tracking number. (*please enter a mobile number for this at the checkout). You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your package on our website or through the shipping carrier's website.
4. What is your return policy? We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Why Not Shop. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
