1. What payment methods do you accept? At Why Not Shop, we accept a variety of payment methods, including credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Klarna Pay Later, Pay Now, and Pay in 3, Google Pay and Apple Pay. 2. How quickly can I expect my order? We have an order cut-off time of 2pm Monday-Friday we will aim to dispatch orders the same working day *delays maybe possible during busy times e.g. Halloween and Christmas (we will advise on the product page in RED if we are overwhelmed!) we do pack orders on a Saturday but these are not collected from us until Monday, the system will show you an estimated delivery time on the product page and 96% of our orders are delivered within 1-3 working days.

3. How can I track my order? Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and *text message containing a tracking number. (*please enter a mobile number for this at the checkout).  You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your package on our website or through the shipping carrier's website.

4. What is your return policy? We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Why Not Shop. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
