If you do not receive your item within our designated timescale or have received an incorrect item we will happily refund you straight away.

We are able to track all packages sent from dispatch to delivery and we check your deliveries on a daily basis for peace of mind for both of us.

Our returns policy lasts for 30 days from receiving your items.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless the item is faulty. We thoroughly quality check all items before dispatch to exceed our customer's expectations and to ensure product satisfaction is guaranteed.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and it must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

Some health and personal care items that have been opened or used.

Makeup items that have been opened or used.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit or debit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable).

If you haven’t received a refund after we notified you the refund has been sent first check with your financial institution, it may take a few days before your refund is posted to your account.

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or do not fit.

Return Shipping costs.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless we have sent an incorrect item or the product is faulty.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item unless you have a tracking method.
